The account holder must be an adult able to enter into a contract under applicable law. Anyone under 18 may use Joy Invite through a parent or lawful guardian’s account, with that adult accepting these terms and supervising use. Keep your phone, verification codes and account access secure, and tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

New account holders affirmatively accept the version of these Terms shown during signup. We retain a versioned acceptance record and distinguish submission from successful phone verification. Acceptance does not waive statutory rights or grant permission for optional tracking or marketing.

Joy Invite lets you create personalised digital invitations using ready-made templates, AI-powered scanning, and editing tools. Features, designs, and customisation options may vary by template. All products are digital unless stated otherwise.

Our AI Magic Scan helps extract names, dates, events, venues, and other details from uploaded wedding cards or patrikas. While we aim for accuracy, AI may occasionally miss or misinterpret information. Please review your invitation carefully before finalising it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide or approve and for having permission to use uploaded content.

Please proofread names, timings, dates, ceremonies and venue addresses before downloading, printing or distributing your invitation. Review of AI-assisted information does not remove your rights concerning platform defects or other remedies required by law.

You can preview your invitation before purchasing. Prices and applicable charges are shown at checkout. After successful payment, your invitation can be generated and downloaded according to the selected product.

Minor differences in preview quality, resolution, or device playback may occur. Technical issues affecting paid orders will be reviewed and resolved wherever reasonably possible.

Joy Invite supplies digital products. After payment confirmation, generation may run through a processing queue. A download becomes available when generation succeeds; processing time depends on the invitation, service capacity and third-party availability.

No physical shipment or courier delivery is involved. Download availability, access periods and supported editing depend on the selected product entitlements shown before purchase. Save your completed download within the applicable access period.

If you encounter delivery failures, technical defects, or download issues, please contact support. We will review and resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Post-payment editing is available where supported by your purchased template and its editor features. Certain designs, animations, and elements may remain fixed. Changes made after downloading will not automatically update previously shared invitations.

As invitations are personalised digital products, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after successful generation and delivery.

Duplicate payments, failed delivery, unresolved technical defects, or incorrect products caused by platform errors will be reviewed for correction, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain protected.

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

You retain rights to your original uploaded content and must have permission to use third-party photos, music, or material. External platforms may apply their own copyright restrictions.

Joy Invite may refuse, remove or restrict content that violates these guidelines or applicable law. Contact support to report content or request review of a restriction; any statutory rights and remedies remain available:

• Obscene, pornographic, or sexually suggestive material
• Defamatory, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Copyright-infringing material without proper licence
• Impersonation of another person or entity
• Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content

Joy Invite templates, animations, graphics, and platform content belong to Joy Invite or their respective licensors. Purchased invitations may be used and shared for personal celebrations, but templates or design assets cannot be copied, resold, or commercially redistributed without permission.

You retain rights to your original uploaded content and must have permission to use third-party photos, music, or material. External platforms may apply their own copyright restrictions.

You grant Joy Invite the limited permission needed to store, process, adapt for your requested design, render and deliver your uploaded content, including through service providers used for those purposes. This does not transfer ownership of your content or permit unrelated advertising use.

Ensure you have the appropriate permission to include other people’s names, photographs and details, including any permissions required for children’s data. To report an ownership or privacy concern, contact support with the relevant invitation and information supporting your request.

We use your information to create invitations, process payments, maintain accounts, and provide support. Necessary information may be processed through trusted service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

Users must not misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, bypass payments, or interfere with our services. Joy Invite may restrict accounts involved in such activities.

We work to keep the platform reliable, but occasional maintenance, internet issues, third-party interruptions, or device compatibility differences may affect performance. Permanent storage or lifetime access is not guaranteed unless specifically offered.

We will review complaints and provide remedies as required by applicable law. Our terms may be updated when necessary, with appropriate notice for material changes. Indian laws apply, without restricting your statutory consumer rights.
